My dream is to improve everyday lives of people through accessible design.
I believe that it’s an important role of designers to challenge stereotypes and mental defaults, question the commonly used solutions, and create new approaches with the most vulnerable groups in mind.
I would like to work more on projects that promote diversity and inclusion. I feel excited introducing accessibility and user-centered approach in my designs. Thinking that these concepts could improve everyday lives of people with diverse abilities and grant them access to new opportunities is truly inspiring.
I am currently employed at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as a lead designer, working on UX, Webdesign, Branding, Illustration, Animation, Social media Campaigns and many other projects. One of the goals of my work is to introduce accessibility and user-centered approach to our visual communication.
Prior to that, I was a part of a design agency where I mastered my skills in both digital and print design while working in a very fast-paced environment and having a broad number of responsibilities.
Over the past ten years I have gained valuable experience collaborating on various projects for such organizations as: IFRC, Global Fund, Nestlé, WHO, CERN, ILO, UNICEF, UNHCR, ITU, ATT, Regmifa, IATA, Sipri, Seerave, Wyss Center, Tillotts Pharma, Kudelski Group, etc. My involvement spanned the entire lifecycle of these projects: from initial brainstorming to turning an idea into a working product.
